• Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding).
• Handle employee onboarding & offboarding process, including induction and exit formalities.
• Oversee payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage statutory compliance including PF, ESI, and other labor laws along with portal management.
• Implement and ensure compliance with POSH policy requirements.
• Maintain and update employee records, files, and documentation.
• Track and manage attendance, leave records, and short leaves.
• Handle Full & Final settlements including bonus, gratuity, and leave encashment.
• Drive employee engagement and address employee relations issues.
• Support performance evaluation and appraisal processes.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed effectively.
