We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead our human resources operations and support our growing team.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with company goals
Handle employee onboarding, training, and development
Maintain HR policies, procedures, and compliance
Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and leave records
Address employee relations issues and resolve conflicts
Conduct performance management and appraisal processes
Ensure a positive and productive work environment
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
1+ years of experience in HR management
Strong knowledge of recruitment, labor laws, and HR practices
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
