Manage end-to-end recruitment for store staff, supervisors, and managerial roles
Conduct interviews, onboarding, and induction processes
Monitor staff attendance, shifts, weekly offs, and leave records
Ensure adherence to company attendance and leave policies
Coordinate payroll processing, incentives, overtime, and deductions
Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements
Address employee grievances and resolve workplace issues
Implement disciplinary actions, warnings, and fines as per company policy
Organize training programs for new hires and existing staff
Support customer service, sales, and operational training initiatives
Implement HR policies, SOPs, and company rules across all retail stores
Act as a bridge between store staff and management
Monitor employee performance and productivity
Support appraisal, promotion, and target-based evaluations
Maintain employee records, files, and HRMIS data
Prepare and submit regular HR reports to Head Office
