Recruitment Support: Post job openings for housekeeping, F&B, front office, and kitchen staff, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews based on seasonal hotel demands.
Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage joining formalities, conduct orientation, issue employment contracts, and process full and final settlements.
Attendance & Payroll Inputs: Track daily attendance, shift rosters, overtime, and leave records to supply clean data for monthly payroll processing.
Employee Relations: Address staff grievances, resolve daily conflicts, and maintain a positive work environment across departments.
Administration & Facility Management
Staff Welfare: Oversee daily staff facilities including staff accommodation, uniform distribution, and cafeteria/meals.
Vendor & Asset Coordination: Manage facility vendors, housekeeping supplies, and routine office procurement.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to local labor laws, maintain statutory registers, and support internal or external audits.
Employee Engagement: Coordinate staff social events, monthly recognition programs like "Employee of the Month," and festival celebrations.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Hotel Management.
Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven experience in an HR or administrative role, preferably within the hotel or hospitality sector.
Skills: Strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and empathetic communication.
Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HRMS or payroll software.
