  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage full-cycle recruitment, write job descriptions, interview candidates, and lead new-hire orientation.

  • Employee Relations: Resolve workplace conflicts, handle grievances, mediate disputes, and oversee disciplinary or termination processes.

  • Compensation & Benefits: Administer salary structures, bonus programs, health benefits, and payroll coordination.
