Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Staffing: Sourcing, screening, hiring, and onboarding clinical (doctors, nurses) and non-clinical staff; managing manpower planning.

  • Employee Relations: Handling conflicts, grievances, disciplinary actions, and fostering a positive work culture.

  • Compliance & Policy: Ensuring adherence to labor laws, healthcare regulations, and internal HR policies (NABH, ESI/PF).

  • Performance Management: Overseeing appraisals, evaluations, and improvement plans.

  • Training & Development: Designing and implementing programs for staff growth.

  • Compensation & Benefits: Managing payroll, benefits administration, and records.

  • HR Operations: Managing HRMS, employee databases, attendance, leave, and exit formalities.

  • Strategic Support: Assisting leadership with audits, reporting, and HR strategy.
