Job Description:
Federal Outsourcing is looking for an experienced and responsible HR Manager who can efficiently handle day-to-day HR operations, recruitment activities, employee management, and payroll coordination. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills with hands-on experience in HR operations and talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities efficiently.
Maintain employee attendance records, HR documentation, and employee files properly.
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including joining formalities and exit procedures.
Handle payroll processing, leave management, and employee record maintenance.
Coordinate with management and departments for smooth HR operations and manpower planning.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews.
Post job openings on portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Apna, etc.
Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interview processes.
Maintain employee engagement and ensure a professional work environment.
Ensure proper follow-up, reporting, and compliance with company HR procedures.
Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in HR Operations and Recruitment.
Candidate must have prior work experience in the Immigration Industry or related industries such as Travel & Tourism, Visa Consultancy, or Overseas Education.
Experience in sourcing candidates through job portals and handling end-to-end recruitment processes.
Strong knowledge of attendance management, payroll processing, onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation.
Ability to screen, shortlist, and schedule candidates professionally.
Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage day-to-day HR activities efficiently.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR documentation handling.
