Talent Acquisition: Leading end-to-end recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding processes.
Employee Relations & Welfare: Resolving disputes, managing grievances, improving engagement, and conducting exit interviews.
Compliance & Administration: Ensuring compliance with labor laws (e.g., FLSA, FMLA), maintaining employee records, and updating the employee handbook.
Performance Management: Coordinating performance appraisals, wage reviews, and implementing performance improvement plans.
Compensation & Benefits: Overseeing payroll processing, employee benefits administration, and salary structuring.
