Actively motivate team members, address employee concerns, and resolve internal conflicts in a fair and confidential manner to maintain harmony and productivity in the workplace.
Manage employee leave approvals, attendance tracking, and implementation of HR policies while ensuring compliance with company guidelines and smooth coordination with management.
