Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to handle end-to-end HR operations. The role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and HR processes to support organizational growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, non-technical, and support roles
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Handle employee engagement, retention, and grievance management
Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies
Drive performance management and appraisal processes
Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR MIS
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning
Handle onboarding and exit formalities
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of HR operations and labor laws
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Leadership and team management capabilities
Proficiency in MS Excel and HR software/tools
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Qualification:
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources, Graduate or equivalent
Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience in manufacturing / pharma / biotech industry preferred
Hands-on experience in end-to-end HR operations
