• 1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Identify hiring requirements and create job postings

  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews

  • Conduct interviews with management

  • Issue offer letters & complete onboarding formalities

  2. Employee Records & Attendance

  • Maintain employee files and documentation

  • Monitor attendance, leave, and punctuality

  • Coordinate with payroll team

  3. HR Policies & Compliance

  • Maintain and implement HR policies

  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, PF, ESI, and company rules

  • Handle disciplinary actions when required

  4. Performance Management

  • Set KPIs/KRAs with team leads

  • Conduct quarterly performance reviews

  • Manage appraisals and increment cycles

  5. Employee Relations

  • Handle employee issues, grievances, and disputes

  • Maintain a positive work environment

  • Plan employee engagement activities

  6. Exit Management

  • Handle resignations & terminations

  • Conduct exit interviews

  • Manage full & final settlement and asset recovery
