JOB ROLES :

• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.

• Oversee performance management and set KRA & KPA with help of management

• Knowledge of HR systems and databases

• Listen & handles grievances and disputes, ensures HR compliances and promotes a positive workplace culture.

• Training and Development - identifies skill gaps, organizes training programs, and monitors their effectiveness.
