HR MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Manage HR operations such as employee records, attendance, leave management, and compliance documentation.
Process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy in salary calculations, deductions, and statutory compliance.
Coordinate with employees and management to address HR-related queries and support organizational policies.
Assist in employee engagement initiatives and maintain smooth day-to-day HR functions.
