HR Manager

• As a Manager, you will be involved in various management and operational functions.

• Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Responsible for company strategy formation, planning, business development, policy formation for various departments.

• Responsible for Government formalities for Start-up formation, different licenses, formalities, Intellectual Property.

• Responsible for planning and execution of events, doing travelling arrangements like tickets, rental car, doing hotel and restaurant reservations.

• Responsible for planning, scheduling and promoting events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, functions, seminars and training sessions.

• Responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of departments and staff members. Responsible for identification of company requirement, placing Ad, hiring process and training of staff.

• Responsible for salary calculation of employees and budget allocation for various departments' expenses like office rental, electric and various bills.
