An HR Manager oversees all human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, training, and strategic HR planning to support organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, and skills mapping to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
Employee Relations: Address grievances, mediate conflicts, and maintain a positive work environment while fostering engagement and retention.
Performance Management: Conduct performance evaluations, implement development plans, and support leadership development initiatives.
Compensation and Benefits: Manage payroll, benefits administration, and compensation strategies to ensure competitiveness and cost efficiency.
Compliance & Administration: Ensure adherence to labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies; maintain HR documentation and records.
Training and Development: Organize workshops, training programs, and professional development initiatives to enhance employee skills and organizational culture.
Strategic HR Planning: Collaborate with executives to align HR strategies with business objectives, including workforce planning and organizational development.
Digital Transformation & Analytics: Utilize HR technologies, data analytics, and AI tools to optimize HR processes and decision-making.

Qualifications and Experience

Experience: Typically 8+ years in HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with HR software, payroll systems, and digital HR platforms.
Work Environment
Office-based with occasional travel for recruitment, training, or company events.
Reports to CEO or senior management and may manage a team of HR professionals.
