Rajdhani Enterprises is looking for a skilled and proactive HR Manager to oversee and manage all HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process.
Prepare and maintain HR documentation (appointment letters, onboarding files, exit formalities, etc.).
Oversee attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.
Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions professionally.
Implement employee engagement activities and retention strategies.
Monitor performance management and conduct periodic evaluations.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and company regulations.
Maintain a positive work culture and support management in workforce planning.
Coordinate training and development programs for staff.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Executive/Manager (minimum 2–5 years preferred).
Strong knowledge of HR processes, payroll, and labor laws.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage confidential data with professionalism.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
