Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead HR operations, recruitment, compliance, and admin functions across multiple brands.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end recruitment process.
Manpower planning & budgeting with department heads
Employee relations, grievance handling & disciplinary actions
Payroll, attendance & statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labor laws)
HR policy implementation and process improvement
Admin management (facilities, vendors, assets, travel, office upkeep)
Vendor coordination & cost control
Performance management & employee engagement initiatives
Onboarding, exits & full & final settlements
Maintaining HR MIS reports .
Ensuring audit readiness (HR & compliance records)
Requirements
MBA/PGDM in HR
8–10 years of experience
Experience in Real Estate / F&B / FMCG preferred
Strong knowledge of compliance, payroll & labor laws
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
