Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support business operations through effective human resource management. The role involves employee relations, HR operations, employee engagement, and coordination with business stakeholders across multiple locations in Kerala.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand workforce requirements and provide HR support.

- Manage employee relations, address grievances, and facilitate conflict resolution.

- Support employee engagement, retention, and performance management initiatives.

- Coordinate onboarding and other employee lifecycle processes.

- Assist with workforce planning and employee development activities.

- Ensure adherence to organizational HR policies and procedures.

- Visit different locations across Kerala to support employees and business operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.

- 2–3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources or a related role.

- Willingness to travel across Kerala based on business requirements.

- Strong stakeholder management and employee relationship management skills.

- Effective communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution abilities.

- Knowledge of HR operations, employee engagement, and performance management.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and HR reporting.

Compensation

₹4–5 LPA, depending on experience and suitability.
