🔹 Key Responsibilities
End-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and documentation
Attendance, leave management, and employee record maintenance
Payroll coordination and monthly HR reports
Statutory compliance handling (PF, ESIC, Labour Laws)
Employee grievance handling and workplace discipline
Performance review support and appraisal coordination
Implementation and updating of HR policies
Coordination with department heads for manpower planning
Conducting inductions, basic training, and employee engagement activities
🔹 Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or related field
