Job Summary:
Navjyoti Transforming Lives & Careers Society is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Corporate Outreach & Training Coordinator to drive corporate engagement, secure CSR funding, and oversee training and operational activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building partnerships with corporate organizations, promoting our low-cost stationery and food initiatives, conducting free sensitization programs, and managing HR & operations at our training centers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Corporate Outreach & Fundraising
Connect with corporate organizations to introduce Navjyoti Transforming Lives & Careers Society and its initiatives.
Pitch and secure CSR funding for skill development, employment programs, and other NGO activities.
Promote low-cost stationery and food items among corporate employees and institutions.
Conduct free sensitization programs for corporate employees on disability inclusion, diversity, and social impact.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with CSR heads, HR teams, and decision-makers.
2. Training & Candidate Preparation
Conduct soft skills and personality development training for candidates enrolled in Navjyotiâs programs.
Prepare candidates for interviews and professional communication.
Organize and facilitate career development workshops to enhance employability.
3. HR Management & Training Centre Operations
Oversee daily HR activities, including recruitment, attendance, and employee engagement at the training center.
Ensure smooth functioning of the training center, including resource allocation and infrastructure management.
Maintain records of student enrollments, progress, and placements.
Coordinate with trainers, facilitators, and other stakeholders for seamless program execution.
