Harbansh Lal Food is seeking an experienced and responsible HR Manager to lead and manage all human resource functions for our growing B2B dairy and FMCG operations. The role involves overseeing recruitment, employee lifecycle management, payroll, compliance, and performance management while ensuring smooth coordination between factory operations, sales teams, and management. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in HR processes, and the ability to build a structured and efficient workforce in a fast-paced bulk supply business.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring for factory, sales, and office roles
Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and organizational structure
Oversee attendance, payroll, and employee records
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labor laws, etc.)
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
Drive performance management and employee engagement initiatives
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning
Manage onboarding, training, and exit processes
Requirements:
MBA/PGDM in HR or related field
3–6 years of HR experience (FMCG or manufacturing preferred)
Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance
Leadership and team management skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and HR systems
