We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The HR Specialist will support the daily functions of the HR department, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and onboarding new hires.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR databases and systems.
Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Support employee engagement initiatives and help drive a positive workplace culture.
Handle employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and recommend solutions.
Coordinate performance review processes and support managers with goal setting and evaluations.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations and employment laws.
Participate in training and development programs for employees and managers.
Provide guidance to employees on HR-related queries and company policies.
Prepare HR reports and metrics as needed by management.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in an HR role.
Solid understanding of labor legislation and HR best practices.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Organizational and problem-solving skills.
