Requirement: HR Executive (Office Administration)

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Executive for our office with the following qualifications and responsibilities:

Eligibility & Skills:

• Fluency in English (spoken & written) is mandatory

• Ability to handle complete office administration independently

• Experience in dealing with Government Departments, statutory authorities, and related offices

• Capability to handle police complaints and legal-related coordination, when required

• Proficient in computer operations, MS Office, email handling, and typing

• Strong skills in self-drafting of letters, notices, emails, and applications

• Ability to take dictation and prepare documents accurately

• Good communication skills to handle visitors and external office work

Experience:

• Minimum 5-10 years preferred in HR / Office Administration
