Eligibility & Skills:

Fluency in English (spoken & written) is mandatory
Ability to handle complete office administration independently
Experience in dealing with Government Departments, statutory authorities, and related offices
Capability to handle police complaints and legal-related coordination, when required
Proficient in computer operations, MS Office, email handling, and typing
Strong skills in self-drafting of letters, notices, emails, and applications
Ability to take dictation and prepare documents accurately
Good communication skills to handle visitors and external office work
