Job Description

*Job Title:* HR Recruiter

*Company:* Zorgers Home Healthcare

*Location:* gurugram

*Salary:* ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month

*Job Timings:* Monday to Saturday (10:00 AM - 7:00 PM)


*Job Summary:*

We're looking for an HR Recruiter to join our team and support our recruitment efforts for caregivers and nurses. You'll handle end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.


*Key Responsibilities:*


- *Recruitment:* Source, screen, and hire caregivers and nurses for client requirements

- *Candidate Sourcing:* Utilize job boards, social media, and other channels to attract top talent

- *Interview Coordination:* Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients

- *Onboarding:* Ensure smooth onboarding of new hires

- *HR Administration:* Maintain candidate and employee records, and ensure compliance with labor laws


*Requirements:*


- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field

- 1-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
