Responsible for recruitment, attendance management, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, and workforce management for site employees.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment (Engineers, Supervisors, Site Workers)
Handling site-level manpower planning
Maintaining employee records
Attendance & leave management
Payroll coordination
PF / ESIC compliance through Employees' Provident Fund Organisation
Labour license & statutory compliance
Handling employee grievances
Coordinating joining & exit formalities
Required Skills:
Knowledge of labour laws
Experience in construction/site hiring
PF, ESIC, PT knowledge
MS Excel proficiency
Qualification:
MBA / BBA in HR
2–4 years experience (Construction preferred)
