The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, and compliance. This role involves developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.
Lead the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
Oversee attendance, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.).
Drive performance management and appraisal processes.
Plan and execute employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR standards.
Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.
Supervise and mentor HR team members.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR Management or related field.
2-4 years of experience in HR operations or management.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in HRMS tools and MS Office.
