We are seeking a dedicated and organized HR Executive for our biscuit manufacturing plant. The candidate will manage daily HR operations related to production employees, workforce planning, attendance, recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and coordination with plant management to ensure smooth factory operations. Also should have knowledge to handle labor and contractor.

The ideal candidate should have experience in manufacturing or FMCG environments and be comfortable working in a fast-paced production setup.
