The HR Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing all human resource functions, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development. The role ensures alignment of HR strategies with business objectives.
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures
Partner with management to support business goals and workforce planning
Lead organizational development and change management initiatives
Oversee end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning
Ensure effective onboarding and induction programs
Manage performance appraisal systems and career development plans
Identify training needs and implement learning & development programs
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives
Oversee payroll, benefits, and compensation structures
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, CLRA, Shops & Establishment, etc.)
Manage HR audits and inspections
