HR Manager

Position: Hr Generalist (Female)

Location: Ghaziabad, Raj Nagar (Company is going to shift Noida sec 63 in few months)

Industry: Education (preferred)

Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 per month

Shift: 9:00AM - 5:00PM

Week Off: Sunday

Qualifications: MBA (HR or related field)

Experience: Minimum 2 years

Key Responsibilities

1. Handle employee queries, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work environment.

2. Oversee employee benefits, leaves, attendance, and performance management.

3. Ensure company policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with labor laws.

4. Generate HR reports and analytics to inform business decisions.

5. Support organizing training sessions and workshops for employees.

6. Handle Full & Final (F&F) settlements and ensure smooth employee exits.

Requirements

- Strong communication skills in English

- Good computer knowledge (MS Office, HR software, etc.)
