✔️ Employee engagement & grievance handling

Key Responsibilities:

Independently manage the HR function from scratch.

Handle recruitment & onboarding (blue-collar, white-collar & support staff).

Plan & execute employee engagement activities.

Prepare & implement HR policies and payroll processes.

Maintain attendance, leave, and employee data records.

Resolve grievances & ensure smooth communication with management.

Conduct reviews, manage resignations, and retention initiatives.

Prepare HR reports and dashboards as required.
