Position Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive professional capable of managing executive-level support and full HR operations while contributing to digital
marketing activities. This role requires an individual who is organized, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-moving technology environment, with
responsibilities spanning administration, HR, coordination, and marketing execution.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & HR Administration
● Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership.
● Manage meetings, calendars, travel schedules, and communication flow.
● Handle recruitment, onboarding, payroll assistance, and HR compliance.
● Maintain employee files, update HR documentation, and track performance metrics.
● Organize internal communications, team activities, and employee engagement programs.
Digital Marketing & Creative Support
● Support planning and execution of digital marketing and lead-generation campaigns.
● Assist with social media management, email outreach, and branded content creation.
● Develop and edit video content, graphics, and promotional materials.
● Utilize AI-driven marketing tools to automate content and optimize campaigns.
● Prepare presentations, reports, and performance dashboards.
Qualifications & Skills
● Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
● 2–5 years of experience combining HR, executive support, and digital marketing.
● Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office, HR software, and CRM tools.
● Knowledge of AI marketing platforms and video-editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Premiere Pro.
● Strong time management, communication, and multitasking skills.
