HR Manager

Gather information on hours worked for each employee

Calculate the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses etc. with assistance of a computer system

Receive approval from upper management for payments when needed

Prepare and execute pay orders through an electronic system or distribute paychecks

Administer statements of payment to personnel either electronically or on paper

Process taxes and payment of employee benefits

Keep track of hour rates, wages, compensation benefit rates, new hire information etc.

Address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and superiors

Prepare reports for upper management, finance department etc.

Having a experience of PF & ESIC making.

Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes

Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives

Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise

Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace

Undertake tasks around performance management

Joining & Exit Formalities - Documentation

Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews

Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form

Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities

Ensure compliance with labor regulations

Maintaining Daily / Weekly / Monthly reports & Presentations for Human Resource

Induction delivery and Presentation internally for employees

Employee Engagements activities.

Administer compensation and benefit plans (Optional)

End To End Recruitment, Screening, Sourcing, Shortlisting.
