End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Maintain employee records (attendance, leaves, personal files, etc.)
Payroll coordination and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.)
Performance management and appraisal process
Drafting HR policies and employee handbook
Grievance handling and disciplinary actions
Organize training and development sessions
Foster a positive and compliant workplace culture
Manage office supplies, facilities, and vendor relationships
Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations
Oversee office maintenance, housekeeping, and security
Supervise support staff and manage asset inventory
Maintain compliance with labor laws and safety regulations
Assist management with documentation, reports, and scheduling
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Proven 3–5 years of experience in HR and administration
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Sound knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask and handle pressure
Experience in a corporate or franchise environment
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Knowledge of HR software (e.g., Zoho HR, Keka, or similar)
