We are looking for a skilled and motivated HR Manager to oversee and manage our Human Resources operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies, handling recruitment, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance, and nurturing a positive workplace environment. Candidates with prior experience in the real estate sector will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and disciplinary actions
Monitor employee performance and facilitate appraisals
Oversee payroll, attendance, and leave management
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives
Support training and development programs
Maintain accurate HR records and reports
