As part of our growing organization, we are looking for an experienced Human Resource Manager to handle end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, HR policies, and people management. The role will support business growth by building strong HR practices and a positive workplace culture.
Role Description :
Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment and onboarding, attendance and leave management, employee documentation, HR policy implementation, and payroll coordination. Support employee engagement and address day-to-day HR queries to ensure a positive workplace experience. Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements while maintaining accurate HR records. Work closely with management to support smooth people operations and organizational efficiency at the Shivane office.
Qualifications :
Graduate (MBA/PG in HR preferred).
Experience: 2-5 years in HR Operations.
Languages: Marathi, Hindi, English.
Key Responsibilities :
Recruitment & Hiring
• Coordinate manpower requirements; run hiring from sourcing to selection.
• Maintain hiring tracker, interview records, offers, and joining follow-ups.
Onboarding & Documentation
• Complete joining formalities and maintain employee files (KYC, forms, appointment, policy acknowledgments).
• Maintain employee master data and coordinate ID card issuance.
Attendance, Leave & Discipline
• Monitor daily attendance; track late marks, leaves, and absenteeism as per policy.
• Draft memos/warnings and support management in corrective actions when required.
Payroll Coordination
• Prepare monthly payroll inputs (attendance, incentives, reimbursements, deductions, advances) and submit on time.
• Coordinate with Accounts for salary processing and maintain records.
Compliance Support
• Maintain HR registers and support documents for PF/ESIC/PT/Labour compliance (as applicable).
Employee Relations & HR MIS
• Handle employee queries/grievances, ensure policy communication and acknowledgments.
• Prepare HR MIS: headcount, attendance summary, leave balance, attrition, recruitment status.
