Job Description

The company is looking for an experienced Male HR Manager to join our manufacturing unit in Chharba, Dehradun. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and statutory compliance in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.

• Handle attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR records.

• Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.

• Manage employee engagement, grievance handling, and disciplinary matters.

• Coordinate performance management and employee appraisals.

• Maintain HR policies, documentation, and MIS reports.

• Support training and development initiatives.

• Work closely with department heads to fulfill manpower requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, MBA (HR), or related field.

• 2–6 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing company.

• Good knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and HR operations.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and HR documentation.
