Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for BPO & IT hiring.

• Manage workforce planning and achieve hiring targets within TAT.

• Lead and mentor Recruitment, HR Operations, ER, and Administration teams.

• Handle employee relations, grievance management, and engagement initiatives.

• Ensure HR compliance, onboarding, documentation, and HR operations.

• Monitor recruitment metrics, MIS, and process improvements.

• Coordinate with business leaders for manpower planning and HR strategy.

Eligibility:

• MBA/MSW/PGDM in HR or equivalent.

• 8–12 years' experience (Manager) / 10–15 years (Senior Manager).

• Minimum 4+ years of team handling experience.

• Mandatory experience in BPO & IT recruitment.

• Strong knowledge of HR Operations, Employee Relations, and bulk hiring.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
