Key Responsibilities: • High-Volume Recruitment: o Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for multiple positions simultaneously, often with short turnaround times. o Prioritize and fill urgent roles quickly while maintaining high standards for candidate quality. • Sourcing & Talent Acquisition: o Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to build a robust talent pipeline. o Actively seek out and engage passive candidates who meet the job criteria. • Deadline Management: o Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and set realistic timelines for each hiring project. o Ensure all recruitment activities are completed within the established deadlines, without compromising on the quality of hires. • Screening & Interviewing: o Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. o Coordinate and conduct interviews, often within tight timeframes, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and hiring teams. • Job Posting & Advertising: o Craft compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant platforms, ensuring maximum visibility in a short time. o Manage the response flow and swiftly move candidates through the recruitment pipeline. • Stakeholder Communication: o Maintain clear and timely communication with hiring managers and candidates, keeping all parties informed of progress. o Provide regular updates on recruitment status, particularly in relation to deadlines and milestones. • Reporting & Data Management: o Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate response rates. o Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
