About the Role
The HR Manager will be responsible for handling all people-related activities in the company. From hiring the right talent to ensuring employee satisfaction, training, and compliance, the HR Manager will act as the bridge between management and employees.

Key Responsibilities (A to Z)
1. Attract Talent – Plan and run recruitment drives, post job ads, and hire the right candidates.
2. Build Policies – Create HR policies, rules, and procedures for smooth operations.
3. Compliance – Ensure the company follows all labor laws and regulations.
4. Develop Employees – Arrange training and skill development programs.
5. Employee Relations – Handle employee queries, complaints, and conflicts.
6. Feedback & Performance – Set up appraisal systems, conduct performance reviews.
7. Growth Planning – Align HR strategy with company growth goals.
8. HR Records – Maintain employee files, contracts, attendance, and salary details.
9. Induction/Onboarding – Welcome new employees and guide them about company policies.
10. Job Satisfaction – Ensure a healthy, motivating, and positive work culture.
11. KPI Tracking – Measure HR metrics (attrition, hiring time, training impact).
12. Leave & Attendance – Monitor attendance, leaves, and holidays.
13. Motivation – Design employee engagement programs and recognition awards.
14. Organizational Development – Support management in workforce planning.
15. Payroll Coordination – Work with accounts/finance to ensure timely and correct salary.
16. Quality of Work Life – Promote work-life balance, wellness activities.
17. Retention – Make strategies to reduce employee turnover.
18. Safety & Health – Ensure workplace safety and health standards are maintained.
19. Team Building – Organize team bonding activities and events.
20. Union/Worker Handling (if applicable) – Maintain smooth relations with workers/staff unions.
21. Vision & Values – Communicate company’s vision, mission, and values to employees.
22. Workplace Culture – Create an environment of trust, respect, and diversity.
23. Exit Formalities – Handle resignations, full & final settlements, and exit interviews.
24. Yearly HR Planning – Plan manpower, training, and budget for the year.
25. Zero Conflict Goal – Work to resolve issues before they become major conflicts.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR / Business Administration.
2–5 years’ experience in HR (preferably in manufacturing/service industry).
Knowledge of labor laws and HR software.
Strong communication and people management skills.
