Job Summary:

Wrencho is looking for an experienced and proactive HR professional to manage all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate should be well-versed with HR tools and software and be capable of handling the entire HR cycle independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding

Employee records management and documentation

Payroll and attendance management

Implementing HR policies and procedures

Handling employee grievances and conflict resolution

Performance appraisal and management

Ensuring statutory compliance (ESI, PF, etc.)

Conducting training and development sessions

Maintaining healthy employee relations and work culture

Using HR tools/software efficiently for daily tasks

Proficiency in using HR management tools/software

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Updated knowledge of labor laws and compliance

Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
