We are looking for a HR Manager to join our team at Honest Hire to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹30000 - ₹35000 and growth opportunities.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
Partner with department heads to identify manpower requirements.
HR Operations & Compliance
Oversee payroll, attendance, and leave management.
Ensure compliance with statutory laws ( Gratuity, Shops & Establishment Act, PT etc.).
Employee Engagement & Development
Implement employee engagement activities and grievance handling.
Drive training and development programs for upskilling employees.
Performance Management.
Support managers in performance improvement planning.
Policy & Strategy
Develop, review, and update HR policies as per company culture and compliance needs.
Act as a strategic partner to management for workforce planning and HR best practices.
MBA / PGDM in HR (preferred) or relevant degree.
5–10 years of HR experience with exposure to both recruitment and HR operations.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to lead HR initiatives independently.
