HR Manager

Key Responsibilities (Day-to-Day Work Overview)

• Lead and manage the HR and recruitment team on a daily basis

• Assign targets, monitor performance, and ensure timely closure of open positions

• Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding

• Coordinate with internal departments to understand manpower requirements

• Conduct daily follow-ups with recruiters regarding candidate pipelines and interviews

• Ensure proper documentation, offer letters, joining formalities, and onboarding processes

• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers

• Conduct daily review meetings and weekly performance reports

• Handle employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, and coordination

• Ensure compliance with company HR processes and standards

• Support management with HR data, reports, and hiring insights

Team Leadership Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and guide junior HR recruiters

• Train team members on sourcing strategies and recruitment processes

• Set daily and weekly recruitment goals

• Monitor productivity and improve team efficiency

• Act as the main point of contact between management and the HR team

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR / Recruitment / Talent Acquisition

• Strong experience in team handling and leadership

• Good understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities

• Experience with job portals, LinkedIn, and candidate sourcing tools

• Strong reporting and organizational skills
