Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Experience Required: 3–4 Years
Qualification: MBA in HR (Preferred)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a versatile HR professional who can handle both Talent Acquisition (40%) and HR Operations (60%). The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment along with supporting core HR functions such as onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and HR coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment (40%):
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Manage offer rollout, salary negotiation, and joining follow-ups
Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers
HR Operations (60%):
Handle onboarding and employee documentation
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Support attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs
Ensure smooth employee lifecycle management (joining to exit)
Assist in HR compliance and policy implementation
Coordinate employee engagement and HR activities
Address basic employee queries and support HR coordination
Required Skills:
Strong understanding of recruitment and HR operations
Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong coordination and organizational abilities
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in MS Office
Preferred Candidate Profile:
MBA in HR (Preferred)
3–4 years of relevant experience in recruitment + HR operations
Experience in consultancy or corporate HR is a plus
Immediate joiners preferred
