Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Manager to lead and manage the Human Resources function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the HR team, implementing strategic HR initiatives, managing employee lifecycle processes, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive organizational culture.

This role requires strong leadership, decision-making ability, and hands-on experience in team handling and HR operations.


Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Strategic HR Leadership

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

  • Advise senior management on HR policies, workforce planning, and organizational development.

  • Drive HR transformation initiatives and process improvements.

  • Develop succession planning and talent retention strategies.


2️⃣ Team Handling & HR Department Management

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the HR team (Recruitment, Payroll, Compliance, Training, etc.).

  • Allocate responsibilities and monitor performance of HR executives.

  • Conduct performance reviews of HR team members.

  • Ensure proper coordination between HR and other departments.

  • Build a strong second-line leadership within HR.


3️⃣ Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment strategy and hiring process.

  • Approve manpower requisitions and salary structures.

  • Ensure timely hiring of quality talent.

  • Build employer branding and recruitment channels.

  • Monitor onboarding and probation processes.


4️⃣ Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Handle escalated employee grievances and disciplinary matters.

  • Develop employee engagement programs.

  • Maintain healthy workplace culture.

  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends.

  • Implement retention strategies.


5️⃣ Performance Management

  • Design and implement performance appraisal systems.

  • Guide department heads on goal setting and KPIs.

  • Monitor performance improvement plans.

  • Ensure fair and transparent evaluation processes.


6️⃣ Payroll & Compensation Management

  • Supervise payroll processing and ensure accuracy.

  • Design compensation and benefits structures.

  • Review salary revisions and incentive plans.

  • Ensure statutory deductions and compliance.


7️⃣ Compliance & Legal

  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and statutory regulations.

  • Manage audits and inspections.

  • Handle disciplinary actions and legal HR matters.

  • Maintain employee documentation and HR records.


8️⃣ Training & Development

  • Identify training needs across departments.

  • Develop leadership and skill development programs.

  • Plan annual training calendar.

  • Evaluate training effectiveness.
