Key Responsibilities
Branch Operations: Manage all aspects of branch operations including administration, staff coordination, and infrastructure.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 5–10 staff members to achieve individual and branch KPIs.
Student Enrollment: Drive enrollment targets for German training programs and overseas placement initiatives.
Marketing & Outreach: Implement local marketing campaigns, online promotion strategies, and walk-in student engagement.
Partner Coordination: Liaise with partner agencies, NAPS authorities, and other training partners.
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure branch compliance with company policies, NAPS regulations, and local labor laws. Prepare weekly/monthly reports for headquarters.
Customer Experience: Ensure high-quality service and student satisfaction through regular follow-ups and issue resolution.
