We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with over 4 years of progressive responsibility in all facets of human resources. Skilled in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals. Handles the entire HR cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, payroll, training & development, and HR policy formation. Acts as a strong bridge between management and employees to foster a healthy and productive work environment.
Role & responsibilities
End-to-end recruitment: Hiring planning, job posting, screening, interviews, and on-boarding.
Employee life cycle management: From induction to exit formalities.
Attendance, Leave & Payroll management: Coordinating with finance and using software like Excel/Tally/HRMS.
Performance Appraisal system: Implementing and monitoring KPIs and employee reviews.
Labour law compliance & statutory requirements: PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.
HR Policy creation and implementation: Drafting SOPs and company rules.
Disciplinary actions & grievance handling: Ensuring fair resolutions as per company policy.
Employee Engagement activities: Celebrations, feedback programs, motivational sessions.
Liaison with government departments for licenses, audits, and inspections.
Training & development initiatives: Skill enhancement, safety training, etc.
Preferred candidate profile
Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR compliance.
Excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to work independently and lead a team.
Proficient in MS Office and HRMS software tools.
High sense of confidentiality and decision-making ability.
