Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, orientation, internal transitions, and offboarding
Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary payments in coordination with finance
Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns, providing support and resolving grievances professionally and confidentially
Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with legal and company standards
Ensure all HR processes are aligned with company policies and employment laws
Support performance management, engagement initiatives, and employee development programs
Implement and improve HR processes, policies, and systems to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction
