Job Description: HR Manager (Female Candidate)
Location:Upper Ground Floor, 110, D-12, Sector-8, Rohini, Delhi (Next to Rohini East Metro Station)
Company: Five Design (Digital & Social Media Marketing Agency)
Work Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Weekly Off: Every Sunday & 2nd Saturday
Salary Range: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Manager cum Office Coordinator (Female) to manage HR functions, coordinate office operations, and ensure smooth day-to-day administrative activities. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, confident, and able to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resource Management
• Align and schedule interviews to maintain required employee strength in the company
• Coordinate with HR placement agencies and job portals for sourcing and onboarding candidates
• Conduct training and orientation for new employees based on their job roles
• Maintain employee records, paperwork, and documentation regularly
• Prepare staff salaries and support payroll-related tasks
• Ensure HR policies, attendance, and performance records are maintained accurately
Office Coordination & Administration
Administrative Support
• Answer phone calls, direct calls, greet visitors, and handle incoming/outgoing mail and communication
Office Management
• Maintain office supplies, manage inventory, and ensure all office equipment is functional
• Keep the workplace organized, clean, and operating smoothly
Scheduling & Coordination
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate between teams and management
• Assist executives with daily office coordination activities
Record Keeping
• Organize and manage both physical and digital filing systems
• Maintain important documentation and ensure timely updates
Communication
• Act as a central point of contact for internal communication and announcements
• Coordinate with staff and support cross-department requirements
Social Media Management
• Assist in basic social media posting, coordination, and content handling for the company
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Proficiency
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace
Organizational Skills
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks, stay organized, and handle multiple responsibilities
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
Communication Skills
• Strong verbal and written communication for interacting with colleagues, clients, and vendors
• Professional and confident approach
