We are looking for a HR Manager to join our team Fire & Safety Personal Enterprises to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹35000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Post job openings, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews.
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including offer roll-outs.
Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
2. Employee Records & Documentation
Maintain accurate employee records (physical and digital).
Draft and issue HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation, increment, and relieving letters.
Ensure confidentiality and compliance in document handling.
3. Compliance & Statutory Management
Handle Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), and other statutory compliances. Make salary of every month.
Coordinate with compliance consultants and keep records updated.
File monthly/annual statutory returns as required.
4. Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination
Coordinate with the finance/payroll team to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.
5. Employee Engagement & Support
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and HR events.
Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and payroll.
6. HR Policy Implementation
Assist in implementing and enforcing company HR policies.
Help ensure workplace discipline, safety, and compliance with labor laws.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
3–5 years of HR experience, depending on the role level.
Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 3 years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working
