Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment, interviews, hiring, and onboarding processes to build a high-performing workforce.

  • Employee Relations: Act as a liaison between management and staff, mediate conflicts, address grievances, and handle disciplinary actions.

  • Compensation & Benefits: Oversee payroll coordination, salary benchmarking, and employee benefits administration.

  • Performance Management: Manage performance appraisal systems, goal-setting cycles, and performance improvement plans.

  • Compliance & Policy: Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal labor laws, safety rules, and internal company policies.

  • Training & Development: Design and monitor staff training, leadership development, and employee engagement programs.

  • HR Analytics: Maintain HR Information Systems (HRIS) and track people metrics to guide business decisions
